CHERYL BAXTER'S choreographic career started as an assistant choreographer for Gene Kelly in Francis Ford Coppola's film, "One From The Heart." She has worked with such stars as Meryl Streep, Jason Alexander, Gregory Hines, The Nicholas Brothers, Tony Danza, and Donald O'Conner. Television credits include, "Malcolm in the Middle," "General Hospital," "The Young and the Restless," "Academy and Golden Globe Awards," and numerous commercials. She has appeared in "Xanadu," " Pennies From Heaven," "Tap," " The First Daughter," "The Other Sister," "Posideon," the L.A. companies of CATS and 42ND STREET, and the Broadway telecast of Sophisticated Ladies. She is currently choreographing shows for Universal Studios Japan, and recreating Sophisticated Ladies for South Bay Civic Light Opera.
