HEATHER REES was inspired by the films of Fred Astaire and studied tap in Britain and later, with masters in Los Angeles and New York. She was one of a small committee that devised new tap grades and major syllabuses for the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She is an examiner for the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance for the modern, tap and national branches and travels all over the world teaching and examining. Heather is an experienced and highly respected teacher with a clear and analytical approach to her work. She recently wrote "Tap Dancing, Rhythm In Their Feet" which is being sold worldwide. At present, she teaches and choreographs in the UK and overseas.
